General Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy for eligible items. Return requests must be made within 30 days of confirmed delivery. Unless the item is confirmed by us to be defective or covered under our Shipping Policy, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We accept returns only for items that are unused, unactivated, not bound to any account, and returned in their original packaging with all accessories. Any missing accessories may be deducted from the refund amount accordingly.
To start a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.
Shipping, delivery, and damage-on-arrival cases are handled according to our Shipping Policy.
Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
The following items and fees are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:

Shipping fees after an order has been dispatched

Products affected by unsupported regional use, including Mainland China

Products or issues caused by misuse, unauthorized disassembly, modification, improper power supply, SIM/carrier incompatibility, or Terms & Conditions violations
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be initiated to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank, card provider, or payment provider may require additional time to post the funds.
Shipping fees are non-refundable after an order has been dispatched, and a processing fee of up to 5% may be deducted from the refund amount where permitted by law.
Warranty Coverage
Our devices include a limited one-year warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal use only.
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, misuse, accidents, unauthorized disassembly or modification, improper power supply, SIM, carrier, or network compatibility issues, online services, or products purchased from unauthorized resellers or second-hand sources.
If an issue occurs during normal use, please contact us with your order number and a clear description of the issue. We may require photos, videos, diagnostic information, and troubleshooting results before confirming warranty eligibility. Warranty service will only be provided after the issue is reviewed and confirmed by us as a covered defect.
If a replacement is approved for a covered defect, we will cover the replacement reshipping cost. Approved warranty cases may be handled by repair, replacement, or other support at our discretion.
Liability & Policy Updates
Except as required by applicable law, our liability for any return, refund, or warranty claim will not exceed the original purchase price paid for the product.
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page with the updated date.
