1.WiFi Version(Lithium AAA required): 2 x AAA batteries
Battery life: depends primarily on the type and quality of the AAA batteries used. Since this model runs on AAA batteries, we do not specify a fixed runtime because performance is directly determined by the batteries installed.
💡Regular alkaline batteries can not provide sufficient runtime and may cause power failure, flickering, instability, or camera issues; We recommend using higher-quality rechargeable lithium AAA batteries (1.5V). Choosing batteries with 1200 mWh or higher will generally provide longer runtime and more stable performance.
For reference, battery life depends on the battery capacity used. For example, XTAR AAA 1.5V 1620mWh rechargeable lithium batteries can deliver around 3 hours of use, while 1200mWh batteries can deliver about 2 hours.
⚠️ Important:
Do NOT use 3.7V lithium-ion AAA batteries. 3.7V batteries exceed the device’s supported voltage range and may cause permanent damage to the calculator.
2.WiFi Version(Built-in Battery)
Charging: Type-C charging port (5V1A)
Battery life: Regular calculator mode: up to 16.5 hours continuous use, WiFi mode: up to 5 continuous hours.
3.WiFi +4G Version (IoT SIM card required)
Charging: Type-C charging port (5V1A)
Battery life: Regular calculator mode: up to 16.5 hours continuous use, WiFi mode: up to 5 continuous hours; 4G mode: up to 10 continuous hours.

The Wi-Fi version(Lithium AAA required) powers Wi-Fi connectivity, AI communication, the camera module, and image processing, which require a stable power supply under load. For this reason, we strongly recommend 1.5V rechargeable lithium AAA batteries (1200mWh or above). Higher capacity batteries provide more stable voltage output, longer runtime, and better overall performance. For reference, battery life depends on the battery capacity used. For example, XTAR AAA 1.5V 1620mWh rechargeable lithium batteries can deliver around 3 hours of use, while 1300mWh batteries provide about 2.5 hours, and 1200mWh batteries about 2 hours.
Under higher load, standard alkaline batteries, depleted batteries, or low-capacity batteries may power the device only briefly or may fail under load. They may cause shutdowns, flickering, camera errors, unstable behavior, or failure to power on. Alkaline batteries tend to drain quickly and experience faster voltage drops, which may result in short runtime or unstable performance. And Alkaline Batteries naturally lose charge over time, even before first use.
For troubleshooting, warranty review, or defect verification, customers may be required to test with the recommended battery type first.
If your device shuts down immediately after startup, the screen flickers, or the system behaves inconsistently, the most common cause is insufficient or unstable battery voltage under load.
Such issues commonly occur when:
• Using standard alkaline batteries
• Using low-capacity batteries
• Using older batteries that have lost charge during storage
When the battery cannot maintain a stable voltage under load, the device may shut down automatically or display instability (such as screen flickering).
For best performance, we recommend using high-capacity 1.5V rechargeable AAA batteries (preferably 1200mWh or higher) for stable, reliable operation of the WiFi Version (Lithium AAA required).
Both the Wi-Fi version and the Wi-Fi + 4G version run the same system and AI features. The differences are in network connectivity, power design, and battery life.
Key differences between the three versions:
• Wi-Fi version(Lithium AAA required)
Supports Wi-Fi only and uses 2 replaceable AAA batteries.
Best for users who prefer replaceable batteries and a more discreet setup.
Battery life depends on the type and capacity of the AAA batteries used.
• Wi-Fi version(Built-in battery)
Supports Wi-Fi only and uses a built-in rechargeable battery.
Offers a more convenient charging experience and generally longer battery life than the AAA version.
• Wi-Fi + 4G version
Supports both Wi-Fi and 4G LTE (nano IoT SIM) and uses a built-in rechargeable battery.
Best for users who need more flexible connectivity without relying only on Wi-Fi.
Battery life may vary depending on the network mode or the type of batteries used.
For the AAA Wi-Fi version: actual battery life varies depending on the battery brand, chemistry, and capacity.
For the built-in rechargeable battery version:
• Calculator mode (no network): up to 16.5 hours on both versions
• Wi-Fi mode: up to 5 hours of continuous use
• 4G mode: up to 10 hours of continuous use

💡Language Setting tips:
If you want the AI to reply in only one specific language, you can set this in your Custom Prompt:
'Please reply in .... only.'
If you want the AI to display formulas only in LaTeX rather than Unicode, you can set this in your Custom Prompt too. And turn on the Latex Display in the Backend Panel.
Please connect your device to any Wi-Fi network you own, open the admin panel (the backend of your phone or wifi router), and then you can check the MAC address yourself.
The battery indicator on the device is based on a simple voltage-checking algorithm, so it is only an estimate and not a precise battery measurement.
Because of this, the battery percentage may change suddenly when the device powers on, powers off, or opens the camera that temporarily affect battery voltage. This kind of voltage fluctuation is normal, and it can make the battery indicator appear to jump.
After the device is used normally for a short time and the battery voltage becomes stable again, the battery indicator will usually return to a more accurate level.
No. The Chatroom feature does not support communication between two or more calculators. Chatroom is designed for communication between a calculator and a PC through the backend panel. Users can send text or photos from the calculator to the chatroom, and view or respond through the PC interface.
