Such circumstances do not qualify for any refund, return, warranty claim, or payment dispute.

• Prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated. We accept secure payments processed through authorized third-party payment providers (such as credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or other regional options). 

• You agree to provide accurate billing and shipping information.

• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, product availability issues, or violations of these Terms. If payment has already been processed, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Non-refundable payment processing fees and/or shipping fees may be deducted where permitted by law.

• All purchases are subject to our Return, Refund & Warranty Policy and Shipping Policy, which form part of these Terms. In case of any conflict, the Return, Refund & Warranty Policy and Shipping Policy shall prevail for matters related to returns, refunds, warranties, and shipping.

• Use of our AI services requires an active subscription or credits. Subscription renewals and credit usage are governed by their respective terms, as described on our website.

• Once activated or used, digital subscriptions and credits are non-refundable.

• We reserve the right to modify pricing, features, credit rates, or access to digital services on our platform, including suspending or discontinuing such services at our discretion. AI responses are generated by third-party models and may be inaccurate or incomplete.

• The device is a standard calculator with optional features accessed in a separate mode. Users are responsible for complying with local regulations and exam policies.

•  Products come with a limited one-year hardware warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal use. AI, SIM card, offline file, and online features are provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied, regarding availability, accuracy, or uninterrupted service.

• We are not responsible for service interruptions, third-party API downtime, or data loss.

10. Abuse, Fraud, or Misuse of Service

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse service, cancel orders, limit support, suspend accounts, or restrict access to any part of our services, including AI features, connectivity, and digital services, if we reasonably determine that a customer has engaged in abusive, fraudulent, or bad-faith behavior. This includes, but is not limited to, misuse of order or tracking information, unauthorized or misleading transactions, abuse of refund or support policies, harassment, or filing unwarranted payment disputes without first contacting our support team.

In such cases, we may take enforcement actions, including restricting or suspending access to services and associated accounts, devices, or payment methods.

These actions apply to service access only and do not affect the core functionality of the physical device. Such actions do not constitute a product defect or failure of delivery, and do not entitle the customer to any refund, replacement, or chargeback.
