WiFi & 4G version
The WiFi Version requires a stable power supply for WiFi connection, camera use, and AI processing.
Please use XTAR AAA 1.5V 1620mWh rechargeable lithium batteries. Standard alkaline batteries, NiMH or other lithium batteries may cause power failure, shutdowns, camera errors, WiFi instability, system restarts, or failure to power on.
Battery-related issues caused by unsupported or unstable batteries are not considered product defects. For troubleshooting or warranty review, customers may be required to test the device with the recommended batteries first.
Shutdowns, screen flickering, camera errors, restarts, or failure to power on are usually related to an insufficient or unstable power supply.
Please check the correct power source for your version:
WiFi Version(Xtar 1620mWh AAA Required): Use Xtar AAA 1.5V 1620mWh rechargeable lithium batteries and charge it fully.
WiFi Version(Built-in Battery) / WiFi + 4G Version: Fully charge the device with USB-C 5V/1A before testing.
Low battery, unsupported batteries, or insufficient charging may cause unstable behavior under load. If the issue continues after using the correct power source and fully charging the device, please contact us with your order number and a short video showing the issue.
The battery indicator on the device is based on a simple voltage-checking algorithm, so it is only an estimate and not a precise battery measurement.
Because of this, the battery percentage may change suddenly when the device powers on, powers off, or opens the camera that temporarily affect battery voltage. This kind of voltage fluctuation is normal, and it can make the battery indicator appear to jump.
After the device is used normally for a short time and the battery voltage becomes stable again, the battery indicator will usually return to a more accurate level.
