Please review this notice before placing an order or submitting any return, refund, shipping, or warranty claim. All purchases and support requests are subject to our published Terms & Conditions, Shipping Policy, and Return, Refund & Warranty Policy.
1. Return Eligibility & Return Shipping
For eligible returns, the device must remain unused, unactivated, not bound to any account, and returned with its original packaging and all accessories. Unless the item is confirmed by us to be defective or covered under our Shipping Policy, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
2. Delivery Estimates
All ETAs are shown in business days and are estimates only, not guaranteed. Most parcels arrive within the ETA range. However, in international shipping, public holidays, weather conditions, customs clearance, and local carrier processing may affect the actual delivery time. These factors are unfortunately outside of our control.
If your order is time-sensitive or needed by a specific date, please consider this carefully before placing the order.

3. Shipping, Failed Delivery & Damage Claims
Shipping, failed delivery, and damage-on-arrival cases are handled according to our Shipping Policy.
For shipping or packaging damage claims, a single continuous unboxing video is required. The video must clearly show the outer package, opening process, internal packaging, and product condition in one unedited recording. Claims may be denied if the required evidence is missing, incomplete, edited, or does not clearly verify the package condition.
4. Wi-Fi Version (XTAR 1620mWh AAA Required) Battery Requirement
This Wi-Fi version requires high-quality rechargeable XTAR 1620mWh AAA lithium batteries.
Disposable alkaline batteries or unsuitable batteries may cause instability, camera errors, shutdowns, or failure to power on. These are power-related issues and do not automatically indicate a manufacturing defect.
5. Wi-Fi + 4G Version IoT SIM Requirement
The Wi-Fi + 4G version requires a compatible IoT SIM card that supports 4G LTE and LTE CAT-1.
Connection issues caused by non-IoT SIM cards, unsupported carriers, incorrect APN settings, SIM restrictions, or network compatibility are not considered manufacturing defects.
6. Defect & Warranty Claims
For any defect or warranty claim, we may require sufficient evidence before confirming whether the issue is covered.
This may include photos, videos, device information, battery information, SIM/network information, troubleshooting steps, diagnostic information, or other verification requested by our support team.
Warranty or replacement service will only be provided after the issue is reviewed and confirmed by us as a covered defect.
7. Please Follow the Published Procedures
We apply the same procedures to all customers. If you are unable or unwilling to follow the published policies and procedures, we respectfully ask you to reconsider your purchase before placing an order.
