
Important Notice – Refund & Battery Policy Reminder
This project started as a personal passion and has grown with the support of our community. We are a small team operating in a niche market, and unlike large corporations such as Amazon or Apple, we do not have the resources to absorb unlimited losses or operate massive support infrastructures.

Recently, we have encountered cases where:
• A device was activated and used
• A defect was claimed without following the troubleshooting guidance
• No valid photo or video evidence of proper battery usage or device condition was provided
• A full refund was demanded despite the product being delivered and used, or refusing to return the device
1. We would like to clarify:
The Wi-Fi Version (AAA model) requires high-quality rechargeable lithium AAA batteries. Disposable alkaline batteries may cause instability, camera errors, or shutdowns. These are power-related issues and do not indicate a manufacturing defect.
2. For defect claims, we may require:
• Clear photo or video of the issue
• Confirmation that batteries are fully charged and meet requirements
• Basic testing or verification
Without this information, we cannot determine whether the issue is hardware-related so as the defect claim.
3. If a customer refuses to return the device for inspection, changes their mind for personal reasons but declines to ship it back, demands a refund without complying with the return process, threatens a bank dispute, or attempts to damage our reputation on social media, please understand that we operate strictly in accordance with our published policies. All disputes will be reviewed based on the procedures described in our Return, Refund & Warranty Policy.
Additionally, we have observed repeated cases where customers request refunds for personal reasons while declining to cover return shipping costs. Please note that return shipping responsibility is clearly stated in our policy.
4. As stated in our policy:
• A payment processing fee of up to 5% may be deducted from refunds
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable
• Activated devices are not eligible for standard return
• Issues caused by improper or unstable power supply (including unsuitable batteries) are not covered under warranty or refund eligibility
We apply the same rules to all customers. If someone is unwilling to follow the stated procedures, we respectfully ask them to reconsider placing an order. Orders made in bad faith may result in refusal of service or permanent restriction.
We are committed to building and improving this product, but refund requests without returning the device would create unsustainable financial pressure and directly impact our ability to continue operating.
